A private villa or finca in Mallorca, surrounded by nature — with space to move, think, connect and work, and enough distance from everyday life to see things differently. The final location is selected for access to nature, communal spaces, movement areas and quiet corners for reflection.
Who this is for
A €500 deposit secures your place; the balance is due before the retreat. Limited to 4–6 founders.

Not included: travel to Mallorca and airport transfers.

Founders and senior leaders who have built something meaningful and want space to step back, reconnect and design what comes next — alone and as a leader. The group is intentionally small (4–6 founders) so everyone gets real attention.
At a private finca on the island of Mallorca, Spain. The exact address is shared with you once your place is confirmed.
Accommodation, all meals and drinks, the full coaching programme (group sessions and 1:1 walk-and-talks), and all activities — yoga, movement, breathwork, sound healing and fire circles. Travel to Mallorca and airport transfers are not included.

Yes — the programme runs in English, so a B2 level or above is recommended so you can take part fully.
